Could you describe what has happened or changed in your life that made you try the DoFasting supplements?
I have entered the menopause phase of my life, and the weight that was so easy to lose before no longer will shed so easily. My doctor said weight gain is very common, and managing my weight would be just as good as losing weight at this phase. I have done many diets in the past, such as Low Carb, No Carb, No Sweets, drinking lots and lots of water. My go-to was always Weight Watchers. I could always lose weight on WW. But now, NOTHING was working. I would lose maybe 3lbs and stop. The reason…….menopause. So not only was weight loss an issue – so were the other menopause symptoms like hot flashes and night sweats. It’s so frustrating being hot in the middle of winter or in the middle of the night and sweating like you’ve just run a marathon.
How did you come across the DoFasting Supplements?
I have always eaten light meals, I never eat past 7 PM, and being a stay-at-home mom… I thought I could probably do this. What was your weight before trying out the DoFasting supplements?
I have gone from 161lbs to 153lbs in 2 months. I feel like I am managing my weight pretty well overall. I know this is a fasting diet, and it does help with weight loss because it stops those cravings, but it may also help with those menopause symptoms that affect so many women out there. DoFasting worked wonders for me!!
What was your initial goal when you started taking the supplements?
My initial goal was to stop the cravings. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE CHOCOLATE!!! I also had to have at least one Diet Mtn Dew a day. I could eat my weight in Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups. I could eat them all day and be happy. So there was my problem. Chocolate and Diet Dew. I decided that a problematic time to eat for me was the afternoon. I’ve cut out pasta, bread, and potatoes for the most part. Nobody is perfect, so if I did slip and eat bread, it was for breakfast. I thought I had all day to work it off and have a light snack for dinner. So with eating that way and the supplements, I lost 4lbs the first week.
How often do you take the supplements?
I take the DoFasting Powder around 1:30–2:00 PM every day. That way, it would kick in that afternoon when I would crave those sweet snacks. It actually takes care of the hunger pains for the rest of the day too.
How has your life changed since you started using the supplement?
I began to notice that I didn’t even feel the need for chocolate or Mtn Dew anymore!! I mean, not even for a second, and nothing has ever stopped my craving for sweets before. I also noticed the hot flashes and night sweats had stopped, but my doctor had told me that they would fluctuate, so I didn’t think twice about it. After finishing the first box of supplements, I decided that I would try to do it on my own, and when I did, the hot flashes and night sweats came back full force. So I decided to try another box of supplements to see what would happen. Started the second box, and those menopause symptoms went away again!! I feel and sleep better. And no hot flashes or night sweats, and if you are menopausal, you know that is a big deal.
What honest advice would you give to anyone who wants to get the same results as yours but is hesitant to try the DoFasting supplements?
I am just thrilled that it helped with menopause, and I hope this helps other women struggling with menopause symptoms. It really stopped those sweet cravings, too, which no other diet ever did.
Did you combine the supplements with intermittent fasting or any other diet?
Along with the supplements, I would eat whatever I wanted for breakfast and a no-carb lunch. I would eat a protein bar for dinner and fast from 6 PM to 9 AM. I noticed I’d lose weight if I didn’t have that meal in the evening, and I was not hungry with the help of the supplements.
